The Project

Company relocation due to a lease expiry and the requirement for additional space to accommodate future growth.

Interactive Space was responsible for the project management, space planning, design, procurement and fit out of 5,500 sq ft over two floors, with support throughout the negotiations stage before the lease was signed.

Client Objectives

The move represented a step change up to a more modern and Client facing office environment. The new building had to improve the space available for team functions and provide different areas to encourage creative thinking.

Key Facts

Tight programme as negotiations fell through on another property. The programme from start to completion was 3 months (including legal documentation, design, furniture procurement and 6 week fit out period).

Creative working environment with lots of colour and different types of work space and a large break out area together with central atrium as the central meeting point.

Installation of additional WC and shower facilities, increased storage and flexible seating arrangement to accommodate future growth.
