From day one BrandOpus set out to be a new generation brand design agency, combining great creativity with a deep understanding of business strategy and the Client’s underlying business motives and goals to deliver design that builds brands and sales.

Interactive Space was invited to relocate the multi-award winning branding agency into new studio space which would facilitate expansion and development of the business. We evaluated various studio options and helped with landlord negotiations over changes to the Cat A spec including relocating the main entrance and creating new linking staircases between the main studio floor and Client meeting suite.

Client Objectives

We were tasked with creating a new home for the agency. The new space needed to accommodate up to 120 people, whilst maintaining a welcoming feel for staff and visitors alike within a shell space originally used for TV studios and an underground car park.

Key Facts

The project was delivered in a very collaborative way, with design team workshop sessions, which included the developer’s professional team, held over a two year period prior to tenant fit out. The final space of just over 18,000 sq ft, was fitted out in 12 weeks.
