The Project

Interactive Space was appointed by Marketform to project manage, design and run the tender process for the relocation out of its existing offices in Lloyd’s Avenue to the 5th floor of 20 Gracechurch Street. Whilst its original office space was fragmented over 5 floors of a listed building, the new building gave the opportunity to consolidate the whole business onto a single floor plate, improve connectivity and cross fertilisation between groups and provide enhanced Client visitor facilities.

The large floor plate also provides the business with a sub-let area which will offer future expansion as the business develops.

Client Objectives

With the move to a large modern office space, Marketform was keen to maximise the benefits of everyone working in one space and provide a bright, fresh contemporary environment for the next stage of company development.

Key Facts

There were protracted landlord negotiations pre-acquisition, which Interactive Space successfully managed, along with validation of landlord Cat A refurbishment works prior to the commencement of a tight 12 week project to deliver over 19,000 sqft of new office space.
