The Project

Equities intermediary brokerage firm, Olivetree Securities, took 2,500 sq ft at 23 College Hill, London EC4. Interactive Space was appointed to Design and Manage the whole project from initial brief through to moving the Client into the new office building.

Client Objectives

Olivetree Securities needed to look at larger premises in order to accommodate their continuing expansion. The offices needed to reflect the image of the organisation as having strength and stability, whilst at the same time providing a professional working environment for their Traders.

Key Facts

The Reception area was designed to reflect the Client`s branding and corporate colours.

The focal point of the working area is the Trading area which sits next to the Break Out space to allow Traders easy access for informal meetings and refreshments.
