The project included one floor devoted to meeting rooms and offices fitted out to a high specification, including boardrooms with video conferencing installation, and food and beverage preparation facilities.
The objective was to create a meeting facility consistent with the heightened market profile that the company now enjoyed.
Install a future proofed power and data solution throughout the open plan area that ensured future churn and growth could be managed easily.
Control the project budget as there were a number of key items that had not been finalised when the contractor first went on site due to the time pressures the Client was facing.
There was an extensive Landlord approval process required to move the project forward quickly and approvals were achieved on a rolling basis.
The project was completed in 12 weeks and on time. The Client IT team was involved from the start of the process in order to accurately determine and design a large and complex comms room.
