Signature Litigation LLP provide specialist legal services focused on complex litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigation cases. Founded in 2012 they are based in the heart of London’s legal district in Holborn.
Interactive Space was appointed to deliver the new office space and developed a series of space plans and concept sketches to help the Signature team realise their vision for their new offices, contributing our experience in how Client facing areas, open plane spaces and individual offices could best be designed and arranged to maximise their utility.
The Client had grown out of the serviced offices they were inhabiting and wanted to move into a fully bespoke space which delivered the facilities they needed to host Client meetings and provided scope for their rapid expansion. A clear briefing that the offices should reflect their company ethos and have a heritage feel provided an excellent starting point for our designers.
Phased delivery of the First and Lower Ground Floor areas to allow the business to go ‘live’ in their new offices as quickly as possible.
Design solutions to achieve the desired outcomes in an unusual Cat A space with significant ventilation challenges.

The move, migration of IT services and installation of new and existing systems was completed without incident and the Client moved into the new offices in line with the project programme and budget.
