The Council took a lease on over 200,000 sq ft of office space in Tooley Street, London. The building was under construction by a developer and Interactive Space was asked to carry out Due Diligence on behalf of the Council.
To ensure that the design of the building is in accordance with British design standards and is in accordance with all relevant Regulations and Planning requirements.

Our Project Manager led and coordinated a dedicated team of professionals which included a Building Surveyor, IT Specialist, Mechanical Engineer & Electrical Engineer. The team examined and checked the design information provided by the Developer and then monitored the construction works on site including the validation and commissioning of the services.
