The Project

Space Planning and fast track refurbishment of 3,000 sq ft of offices for a financial advisory company. Utilisation of previous tenant’s fit out following negotiations with administrator. Creation of new partner’s offices, new open plan areas for different teams and refurbishment of meeting rooms, reception and comms room.

Client Objectives

Trilantic was formed by various Partners coming out of Lehman Brothers to offer financial advice to Clients. Being a start-up company, they required first class offices at minimal cost and our Designers achieved this by maximizing the use of the existing partitioning and services.

Key Facts

Fast track refurbishment to enable the Client to launch their new business quickly. New IT infrastructure to enable new office layout. Liaison with the landlords and their building management team to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
