The General Dental Council carries out a major refurbishment
The General Dental Council (GDC) is the regulator of the dental profession in the United Kingdom and was established by Act of Parliament in 1956. The purpose is to protect the public by registering qualified professionals and setting standards of dental practice and conduct.
Interactive Space has been appointed to provide full Project Management Services of a major refurbishment and extension to the GDC offices in Wimpole Street. The commissioned works consist of both new-build extensions coupled with internal reorganization and refurbishment of the existing buildings on Wimpole Street. The GDC Staff will remain in occupation throughout the construction works of 69 weeks.
The project will provide more efficient use of space, and will increase the net usable floor area by over 20%.
