Marketform exchange on space at 20 Gracechurch Street
Interactive Space are delighted to announce that Marketform have exchanged contracts on 28,745 sq ft of space on the 5th Floor at 20 Gracechurch Street in the City of London.
Marketform was founded in 1989 and are a principal provider of specialist lines of insurance in the London Market.
David Atkinson of Interactive Space, comments ‘This is an exciting time for Marketform, they are expanding, and now they have signed we can focus on creating a new working environment for the company. This will be our third project in the building, having carried out projects for RFIB and Catlin and we are pleased to be working here again’.
Interactive Space has been appointed as Project Manager, Designer and Cost Consultant. Nick McCalmont-Woods at McCalmont-Woods acquired the space.
