Having appointed the specialist contractors on your behalf, we will manage the office fit out phase of the project in terms of budget, timescale and quality of workmanship.
Our Project Management team will monitor the works on site to ensure that everything is built and installed in accordance with the agreed designs and industry good practice. You will be assigned a Project Manager, who will report to you on progress, budget and changes and act as your representative to protect your interests and achieve your objectives.
He will ensure the many specialists involved work as a fully coordinated team. Our Project Manager will manage the decision-making process for you by making sure the team issue you with relevant information at the appropriate time to allow you to make decisions within the demands of the project programme.
