Client Objectives

The new offices needed to take into account the Company’s expansion plans to accommodate an estimated 30% growth over the next 3 years. In keeping with their own brand and corporate guidelines, Advent needed to ensure that their image as a modern, forward-thinking company, would be reflected upon entering the reception area and flow seamlessly throughout the rest of the new office space.

The Project

Interactive Space was engaged to Project Manage and Cost Control the project, including overseeing the design team for the new offices. The project included refurbishing the floor to the Cat A Landlord’s specification and in parallel fitting out the 25,000 sq ft of office space to Cat B standard for Advent.
