Allsop

Client Objectives

To provide a relocation service to Allsop from their offices in the West End along with space plans for the new offices and surveys.

The Project

Interactive firstly undertook a review and analysis of the existing spaces in Soho Square and Knightsbridge to accurately define the requirements going forwards. The criteria were applied and space plans produced for the shortlist of buildings that Allsop identified in order to help select the best building for the firm in the future. Technical surveys and validations were carried out and issues identified with the base build systems. Interactive were instrumental in the negotiations by lending support to the Lawyers in relation to the technical issues that were identified in the report.
