Client Objectives

The new offices needed to reflect the quality brand of the company inline with its US head quarters. AmTrust required a space to showcase their London office as a serious player in the insurance market, with innovation at its heart.

The Project

Interactive Space was engaged as Project Managers and Designers for the move from serviced offices, to the insurance group’s own space on the 9th floor of 2 Minster Court. An extremely aggressive programme entailed the contractor to fit-out and install furniture within 6 weeks. Interactive Space supported Spring4 in their negotiations on the lease by providing technical M&E information about the base build systems and was engaged early on in the search for suitable premises, conducting feasibility studies on other buildings, the design needed to reflect the quality look and feel of their USA HQ, with features bespoke to the London location.
