Client Objectives

BWB’s ten-year lease on offices in Cannon Street was coming to an end, and the firm, which was expanding rapidly, needed to relocate. The Client appointed a professional team, to create a modern, vibrant and highly functional office space at low cost, in a new building.

The Project

Interactive Space was appointed by BWB as Project Manager and Cost Consultant, and managed from inception to completion, coordinating all the professional disciplines. Carefully advised by the team, the firm decided to move to a totally open plan layout in order to reduce costs and improve communications and productivity. This was a major decision for BWB as they had always worked in cellular offices. Communications between teams and staff morale have improved as a result of the news way of working.
