To re-plan and re-design the office floor to accommodate increased staff numbers, whilst keeping each team together and improving the lighting within a limited budget. Storage was a key issue so a new storage system and storage strategy was to be introduced.
The project involved Space Planning, Design, Project Management and Refurbishment of the 15,000 sq ft of office space, all completed with the Client in occupation, over 6 separate phases. All the fitting out works were carried out with the Client in occupation over a series of 6 different phases with no disruption to the ongoing business activities. Several internal moves required and project managed as works moved around the office space. As much as possible of the existing data and power layout retained to minimize disruption and help control project costs. Liaison with Landlord and furniture suppliers to ensure the project was completed smoothly.
