Client Objectives
The move to larger premises at Plough Place was designed to be a cost effective way of creating the extra space needed for the rapidly expanding firm and allow Byrne & Partners to grow in the future. The new premises needed to reflect the forward thinking, innovative image of Byrne & Partners and mark a cultural change for the firm, moving from a traditional, cellular-based office environment, to that of a totally open-plan format.
The Project
Interactive Space were appointed as Cost Consultants and Project Managers for the refurbishment and fitting out of 10,000 sq ft of office floor. We created an open-plan, light and airy environment, with bespoke reception area, Client meeting and presentation rooms with audio visual facilities. The open-plan layout encouraged communication and efficiency in the office leading to greater productivity.
