The Project

Interactive Space project managed and designed the communication group EDC’s new HQ and moved their 6 creative businesses under one roof to 101 New Cavendish Street, in London’s West End. Tony Parrack of Edward Charles acquired the 45,000 sq ft of space for EDC which is split over 2 floors.

Client Objectives

EDC was known as the Cossette Group but rebranded and renamed to coincide with the move. EDC, which now includes MCBD, Identica, Dare, Elvis, Brando and Band & Brown as part of their set-up, moved to their new London HQ dead on time and to budget.

Key Facts

This was a really challenging project and one of the most exciting design solutions that our team has worked on. Our Designers developed a radical shabby chic scheme to provide a truly creative environment for the companies coming together and be one that Clients would not easily forget.

A new structural opening and new staircase were constructed between the two floors to allow the 5 companies to easily come together around the central meeting areas and meeting rooms.
