Client Objectives

Moorhouse wanted an inspirational office design to match their Client’s profile. They wanted to assess different locations with their appointed agent, Allan Messing Consultancy, together with understanding how much space they actually needed as a business. Interactive Space provided the information and Space Planning for all of the shortlisted buildings. It was determined that the Holborn Circus area of London was the preferred option.

The Project

Interactive Space were appointed as Design, Project Managers and Cost Consultants. The works were tendered and a successful contractor was appointed on an 8 week programme. All of the works were completed on time and within budget. Interactive Space also advised on the Furniture giving the client a “turnkey” solution to their needs.
