Client Objectives
The client wanted to create a more open and pleasant space in which to work to improve staff motivation and performance whilst reducing office space by 20%. It was also important to help the organisation to work more effectively by creating key services including open meeting areas and adaptable boardroom space. By creating an enlarged tea-point, that now acts as a focal point for the whole organisation, staff communication and interaction would be greatly improved.
