Interactive Space was appointed by Protiviti to project manage, design and run the tender process for a refurbishment and fit-out of the 10,000 sq ft office space at Grand Buildings.
The Project
The refurbishment and fit-out happened through a phased project with the client in occupation throughout. A tight turn-around 12-week programme to complete the two phases. Protracted landlord negotiations, which Interactive Space managed, meant that an accelerated programme was required.
