Client Objectives

With an existing lease soon to expire, the Company wanted to be out of their tired building into a fresh, new environment that would at once reflect their International standing in the financial sector. The move needed to coincide with a fixed date and attract significant cost savings for the Company.

The Project

Interactive Space was appointed by Robert Half International to project manage, design and run the tender process for a refurbishment and fit-out of the 10,000 sq ft office space at Grand Buildings. The refurbishment and fit-out happened through a phased project with the client in occupation throughout. A tight turn-around 12-week programme to complete the two phases. Protracted landlord negotiations, which Interactive Space managed, meant that an accelerated programme was required.
