Interactive Space oversaw global IT innovator NTT Data UK’s report on the outdated base build mechanical and electrical systems of their 15,000 sq ft floor at the Royal Exchange. We negotiated with the landlord for a financial contribution towards repair works and managed the refurbishment that took place in three phases while the staff still occupied the building. A bright, collaborative, hot-desking space replaced the 10-year-old design. Refurbishment of the floor was done in 3 phases with the Client in occupation throughout. NTT wanted to focus on its Japanese origins and we achieved this look as well as following the brief to make the office environment more collaborative with touch town spaces and a choice of working areas. It was an ambitious office fit out in the City of London, but the Client was delighted with the results.
