Expertise
Interactive Space provides a dedicated and structured corporate moving programme that won’t halt your business’s productivity. We understand our clients’ need for a smooth, seamless transition between locations, so we take responsibility for the project from the initial brief to the final relocation. We control costs throughout the process, advising clients on which of the four main contract types are most appropriate for their needs: traditional, design and build, management, or a combination. Our strong market presence and reputation guarantee value for money. Clients are kept updated and involved in critical decisions every step of the way, but day-to-day operations will remain unhindered by the relocation process.
Benefits of office relocation to Mayfair
Mayfair is the most famous region in London for a reason: it has some of the finest real estate in the city. Office relocation in Mayfair comes with a host of benefits, not least its ability to boost your company’s reputation. The area is full of history and character and provides fantastic office spaces; the buildings’ period facades disguise modern, well-equipped interiors. Mayfair’s beautiful, leafy garden squares, such as Berkley Square, are lined by big-name, multi-national businesses. The upmarket shopping thoroughfares of New and Old Bond Streets attract a well-heeled clientele and automatically boost the desirability of the location. Although it is perceived as the ultimate corporate location, many of the buildings also provide high-quality office space to much smaller companies and offer a good return on investment.
Completed projects
Interactive Space has completed a number of projects in the heart of London. The Salamanca Group’s redesign is one of our more prominent case studies. The investment company is located on the top floor of a Mayfair building at 50 Berkeley Street. It needed many more meeting rooms to suit the need for privacy. The high-quality finish reflects the prestige of the company. We used a formal colour scheme, a variety of materials and hand-finished bronze effects on the archways to give a feeling of luxuriousness. We also created space for a breakfast bar consisting of a 9m stone counter. The boardroom is set aside from the rest of the floor and has its own balcony.
