Expertise
Interactive Space offers a dedicated and structured corporate moving program that will increase your business’s productivity. We understand our clients require a smooth, seamless transition between locations, so we take responsibility for the project from conception to final relocation. Our highly regarded business appraisal process includes a plan to show how your business could occupy the office space. It also outlines budget organisation for the fit out or refurbishment, as well as carrying out of surveys to safeguard your investment and to negotiate the best deal for your office space. Clients are kept updated and involved in critical decisions every step of the way, but day-to-day operations will remain unhindered by the relocation process.
Benefits of office relocation to the West End
Although the West End has traditionally been the home of the media industry, it now attracts a diverse range of companies. It has its own unique character that makes it perfect for creative industries and sectors where networking with clients in social environments is a big part of the job. A number of private members’ clubs, restaurants and hotels have established an elegant tone for the area and many of the office spaces reflect the laid-back, stylish culture that permeates the West End. The areas surrounding Piccadilly, Oxford Street and Soho have excellent transport links and make for a convenient commute.
Offices in the West End tend to occupy beautiful, historic buildings, which have been elegantly restored to provide a modern, and usually open-plan, working environment. Experience and research reveal that an open-plan layout helps to break down barriers between people; by encouraging better communication, employers soon see the benefits of increased productivity and efficiency in their new West End workplace.
Completed projects
Interactive Space was delighted to relocate the multi-award winning branding agency BrandOpus into new studio space, which would facilitate the expansion and development of the business. The agency chose 1 Stephen Street, W1 after we evaluated various studio options and assisted with landlord negotiations. We oversaw the relocation of the main entrance and created a new linking staircase between the main studio floor and a Client meeting suite. It was a hugely successful West End office relocation with the final space of just over 18,000ft2 being fitted out in 12 weeks. The project was delivered in a very collaborative way over a two-year period, with design team workshop sessions to ensure that all 120 employees would benefit from the move. Other West End office relocations include Dare Digital’s rapid relocation to 13-14 Margaret Street, W1; Dentsu’s move to an award-winning futuristic building, just off Oxford Street; and the General Dental Council’s office extension on Wimpole Street.
