Pre-planning and preparation prevents poor performance and there’s a lot to consider with an office refurb. Well in advance of the event, we will issue you with our Move Checklist, which will ensure that nothing is forgotten at this crucial phase of the project.
Our Relocation Manager will produce a detailed move plan and co-ordinate all parties involved including relocation companies, IT support organisations, building management (lift reservation and access), local authority (parking restrictions) as well the Clients’ staff and move ‘champion’.
Once we’ve moved you in, the relationship doesn’t stop there, to some degree it’s only just begun. Most clients move every 5 years and so we’ve got an opportunity to work with you and support you for that period. Our Facilities Management team will help you look after every aspect of maintaining the office environment and arrange maintenance and support contracts with the various contractors involved in the fit-out. We provide telephone support and call-out services as well as a small works team to assist with ongoing moves and changes.
