Interactive Space completed three projects for three different Clients in Grand Buildings, which overlooks Trafalgar Square in London W1:
- ACM Shipping
- Robert Half
- Protiviti
Having carried out their project at Kinnaird House in 2004, Interactive Space was again appointed to design and fit out ACM’s new space at Grand Buildings.
Nigel Hunt of Crossland Otter Hunt acquired the 10,000 sq ft of space and Interactive was instrumental in advising on the condition of the base build services prior to the lease being signed.
Robert Half International was the first business to provide specialised staffing services for accounting and finance professionals. Along with their sister company, Protiviti, which is a global consulting firm, helping companies solve problems in finance, technology, operations, governance, risk and internal audit, they took the other part of the 5th floor, occupied by ACM. Julie Rees of Colliers, acquired the space for both companies.
