The Project

Interactive Space was appointed to Project Manage and Design the refurbishment of One Curzon Street, London, which consists of 25,500 sq ft CAT B space over part second and third-floor levels. The brief was to create a mixture of high-quality office space, reception area, meeting rooms, breakout areas, showers and comms room.

Client Objectives

Waypoint Corporate Services is part of the Waypoint group of companies, which through related entities has investments in Kedge Capital, Crosstree Real Estate Partners, Ares Life Sciences and Northill Capital.

The key objective of the project was to relocate Kedge Capital, Northill Capital and Crosstree Real Estate, who had been based in two separate locations, into one office building within the heart of Mayfair with the aim of improving both communications and business efficiency.

The project team worked in conjunction with an international French design house to produce an outstanding creative office space, which reflects the prestigious positioning of the Company. Although all three companies were relocated into one building it was essential that each company maintained a sense of its own identity, albeit being part of a larger corporate business organisation.

Staff are treated to spacious communal areas for refreshment & relaxing and numerous work meeting rooms fitted with the latest technology for communication with their European colleagues.
