In addition to our building appraisals, the Commercial Agent will advise on rent, rates and service charges; with our objective comparison you will be able to decide which property is best suited to your business needs.

We organise the surveys needed to safeguard your commitment:

  • Building survey
  • M&E survey (always an issue)
  • Structural survey
  • Lift report
