Arnold KLP

Client Objectives

Arnold KLP is a new agency created for a new marketing landscape and has taken 8,000 sq ft of office space over two floors. They have brought together industry leading capabilities in the areas most influential to brand performance; advertising, branded entertainment, through the line promotion, retail and digital marketing. Arnold KPL wanted an environment that reflected the creative nature of the business. It was important to generate good communication and productivity by providing efficient working areas and by creating a space in which the agency can express its character.

The Project

The space was to include a studio area, client meeting rooms and a bar and breakout area. The bar and breakout area was positioned at the top of the building to facilitate team meetings adjacent to the roof terrace and client meeting rooms. The works were successfully completed on time.
