Client Objectives

With the move to a new headquarters building with larger more efficient modern office space, Miller were keen to maximise the benefits of everyone working on open plan floor plates and provide a bright, fresh contemporary environment. The Client wished to create a designated floor for Client meetings and dining facilities.

The Project

Interactive Space was appointed by Miller to act as Project Manager and Cost Consultant to project manage and run the tender process for the relocation to 85,000 sq ft of space at 70 Mark Lane. The Client took over the floors from the shell and core, which Interactive Space coordinated along with monitoring and validation of Landlord works prior to the commencement of a 32 week fit out programme.
